الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilayhin-nushur
All praise is for Allah who gave us life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.
أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Asbahna wa asbahal-mulku lillahi Rabbil-'alamin
We have entered the morning and with it all dominion belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
أَمْسَيْنَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Amsayna wa amsal-mulku lillahi Rabbil-'alamin
We have entered the evening and with it all dominion belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
Bismika Allahumma amutu wa ahya
In Your name, O Allah, I die and I live.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
Bismillah
In the name of Allah.
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَٰذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amani hadha wa razaqanih
All praise is for Allah who fed me this and provided it for me.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ الْمَوْلِجِ وَخَيْرَ الْمَخْرَجِ
Allahumma inni as'aluka khayral-mawliji wa khayral-makhraj
O Allah, I ask You for the best of entrances and the best of exits.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ
Bismillah, tawakkaltu 'alallah, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah
In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah; there is no might nor power except with Allah.
اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
Allahumma-ftah li abwaba rahmatik
O Allah, open for me the gates of Your mercy.
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ
Subhanal-ladhi sakhkhara lana hadha wa ma kunna lahu muqrinin
Glory to Him who has subjected this to us, and we could never have accomplished it by ourselves.
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ
Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduk
O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant.
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
Rabbi-ghfir li wa tub 'alayya innaka antat-Tawwabur-Rahim
My Lord, forgive me and accept my repentance; You are the Ever-Relenting, the Most Merciful.
لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
La ilaha illallahul-'Azimul-Halim, la ilaha illallahu Rabbul-'Arshil-'Azim
There is no god but Allah, the Magnificent, the Forbearing; no god but Allah, Lord of the Mighty Throne.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ
Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm.
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa qina 'adhaban-nar
Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا
Rabbi zidni 'ilma
My Lord, increase me in knowledge.
